We have realised that the Swedish School is just as important to the parents as to their children. We have to take that into consideration when planning our school year.

Soon after the school starts in the Autumn we usually have a barbeque in the garden with games and a quiz.

The term ends with Lucia celebration. The children sing the traditional songs and afterwards we have a big Christmas buffet arranged by the parents.

Before Easter the children make Easter decorations and cards while the parents arrange Easter lunch for everyone to take part in.
During Spring term we often plan an outing for the whole school.

The school year ends with traditional Swedish Midsummer celebration in the school garden. The children will sing traditional songs and there will be games and dancing around the Maypole.
